navyatapes.com is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. navyatapes.com proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. navyatapes.com also offers same day dispatch.

2. SHIPPING All

orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

navyatapes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact delivery  provider help line.

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

navyatapes.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 3 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned original condition  and unused.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

navyatapes.com has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock navyatapes.com Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When dealing with navyatapes.com you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties  -You have the option of pre-paying whereby navyatapes.com will include the amount in the price of the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be sent within three (3) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

​

To initiate a return, kindly contact customer service at (navyaglobalpack@gmail.com) or call us (+91-892-045-5688) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up.  This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

REFUNDS

​

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will proceed with your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the return or exchange process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

​

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1.  Custom printed tape

 

For defective or damaged products, please reach out to us using the contact details provided below to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  1.  All items in the NavyaTapes collection are limited edition products and are specially made to order. Therefore, we currently do not accept exchanges or returns based on size issues. However, if the product is damaged, torn, or delivered in the wrong size, it is our responsibility to facilitate an exchange or return according to your preference.

  2. we confirm your order first before shipping .
